Baker Tilly strengthens presence in Bulgaria with strategic merger

Baker Tilly and BDO Bulgaria join forces

Baker Tilly in Bulgaria and BDO in Bulgaria have announced their merger, effective 1 July 2023. The merged entity will operate under the Baker Tilly brand.

The merger marks a significant milestone for both Baker Tilly Bulgaria and Baker Tilly South East Europe, further solidifying their dedication to delivering exceptional professional service, and extending their reach into the commercial hubs of Sofia and Blagoevgrad.
