Baker Tilly International is pleased to announce that with immediate effect the leading consultancy and accounting firm ASA Corporate Catalyst (India) Pvt Ltd (ASA) has joined the Baker Tilly International network as its member firm in India.
ASA is one of the largest domestic accounting and consulting firms in India. Founded in the early 1990s, it has a team of 1000+ professionals across eight offices across the country, working with international clients to help them set up offices and factories in India, find partners, advise on tax issues, assurance, accounting and business support requirements, GST advisory, risk advisory services, and to help with restructuring and liquidations as well.
