Merger consolidates Baker Tilly's position as a leading consulting firm in Spain

Baker Tilly and AddVANTE merger reinforces key areas of growth.

Baker Tilly Spain and AddVANTE have reached an agreement to merge their activities. The newly combined entity will rank among the top 12 business advisory firms in Spain, with a team of more than 375 professionals across 10 offices. With a focus on the provision of high quality audit, legal and tax advice, AddVANTE strengthens Baker Tilly’s existing service capabilities in the key growth areas of M&A, corporate social responsibility and sustainability, energy and real estate advisory services. AddVANTE will continue to trade under their existing name.
